Use of the App

Myrkat is a productivity and collaboration application that allows users to create boards, manage tasks, assign items, and collaborate with other users.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation of the service or other users.

Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity associated with it.

User Content

Users may create and manage boards, tasks, comments, and other content within the App.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Myrkat permission to store and process the content as necessary to provide the service.

Collaboration Features

Boards may include multiple users through invitations and shared access.

You are responsible for ensuring that any users you invite are authorized to access the shared content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the App
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content

Service Availability

Myrkat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myrkat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
