Use of the App

Myrkat is a productivity and collaboration application that allows users to create boards, manage tasks, assign items, and collaborate with other users.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service or other users' use of the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Accounts

You may sign in using third-party authentication providers, such as Google and Apple. Authentication is handled by those providers, and your use of their sign-in services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, keeping your account information accurate, and for activity that occurs through your account.

You must not share your account with others, impersonate another person, or use another user's account without permission.

User Content

Users may create and manage boards, tasks, comments, assignments, invitations, and other content within the App ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Myrkat a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the App.

You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to create, upload, share, or invite others to access it.

Collaboration Features

Boards may include multiple users through invitations and shared access. If you invite others or share content, those users may be able to view, edit, or otherwise interact with shared content depending on the features and permissions available in the App.

You are responsible for ensuring that any users you invite are authorized to access the shared content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activities
• Upload, share, or store content that violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the App
• Upload malicious code, spam, scraping tools, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the App except where allowed by law
• Use the App to process highly sensitive information unless we have expressly agreed to support that use

App Ownership

Myrkat, including its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, and related materials, is owned by Myrkat or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you. You receive only the limited right to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules.

Feedback

If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow Myrkat to use them without restriction or compensation, while you retain any rights you already have in your original materials.

Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how Myrkat collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes account information and User Content. By using the App, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The App may depend on third-party services, including authentication providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, app stores, and analytics services. Myrkat is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Service Availability and Changes

Myrkat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, including features, limits, availability, and supported platforms.

We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Payments and App Stores

If paid features, subscriptions, or purchases are offered, the price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing terms shown at the time of purchase or by the relevant app store will apply.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as ownership, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms, will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myrkat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Myrkat's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Myrkat harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your misuse of the App, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer or legal entity responsible for the App, unless mandatory laws in your location require otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means where required by law. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
